This status is awarded only to companies with a track record of good businesses practices who sign a contract committing to our standards and obligations. AZB Trusted Members are reviewed quarterly and monitored daily for response times and customer satisfaction. (Standard companies with no shield displayed have not been screened or qualified to our standards and obligations! Use AZB Trusted Members whenever possible.)

AZB Trusted Members are required to:

• Offer services and products which meet or exceed industry standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Provide customer service levels which meet or exceed industry standards, as well as our own.
• Respond to any requests for information within three business days or less. If unable to assist with the inquiry, they shall politely communicate to the potential customer within such period that they cannot help with the request.
• Use sound business practices by abiding to the highest ethical standards as observed in all industries.
• Maintain all necessary licensing, bonding and permits (where applicable), including reasonable insurance coverage.
• Comply with applicable laws, as well as privacy laws, and with any terms of use or other standards posted on any of the azbonline.com networks, including the website's privacy policy.
